Converts the elements of the Q31 vector to 64 bit floating-point vector.

Parameters
[in]pSrcpoints to the Q31 input vector
[out]pDstpoints to the 64 bit floating-point output vector
[in]blockSizenumber of samples in each vector
Details
The equation used for the conversion process is:
pDst[n] = (float64_t) pSrc[n] / 2147483648; 0 <= n < blockSize.
