8. Dcmi_rgb565_down_sample

8.1. Function description:

This demo shows to how to transfer DCMI RGB565 to output with down sample.

The Model inputs 3 frames data repeatedly after starting the DCMI:

Enable global interrupt & register DCMI interrupt.
Initialize & configure the DCMI, enable RGB888 A channel output.
Configure and enable the down sample function.
Enable vertical synchronization signal interrupt, triggering the interrupt means one frame transfer done.
Start to capture & enable DCMI.
In all 3 times transformation, compare the result with the golden data in every transformation to check.

In all 3 times transformation, if the output data is same as the golden data, then print pass, if not print fail.
