Read_data

Function description:
---------------------
**I2C2ICB** uses **I2C** protocol to write command to and read data from **ICB** bus, and then receives response from **ICB** bus;
and it support standard mode in **I2C** protocol.

Test result:
------------
If the data transmitted is equal to the data received, print pass, if not print fail.

    * 1.Transmits via **I2C** cpu mode.
    * 2.Data is initialized to test_sram if subsystem has no slave port.
