Q15_scale

Function description:

This demo shows the **FFT Q15 external calculation** about scale arithmetic.

External calculation configure and enable scale arithmetic mode:

* Initialize & configure the **FFT**.
* Set the address of input data, and the value of scale fraction, then loading and start calculation.
* Waiting calculation done to compare the result with the golden data to check.

.. note::
    Only RTL Configure the **FFT external calculation**, the ctest is valid.

Test result:
------------

If the output result is same as the golden data, then print pass, if not print fail.
